Shipping and Returns

UK standard shipping is included in the price and these items are sent Royal Mail 48 with delivery confirmation.

Faster methods of delivery are available at a slight additional cost. 

We ship every day Monday to Friday and if the order is received before 3PM it will likely go the same day.

Whilst we normally use new packing materials we do try and recycle packing materials where we can.

Overseas items are sent via an international express and tracked service.

Returns

Faulty items are rare due to the nature of the products, however, should you receive a faulty item you may return it for replacement or refund.

This does not cover items that have incurred damage through misuse.

Customers may also return, at their own cost, items within 14 days from purchase, providing the item is unused and in as-new-condition.
