Shipping and Returns

UK standard shipping (3 to 5 days) is included in the price and these items are either via courier (typically Yodel) or Royal Mail.

Faster methods of delivery (UPS next day and Royal Mail special delivery) are available at additional cost. 

We ship every day Monday to Friday and if the order is received before 3PM it will likely go the same day.

Whilst we normally use new packing materials we do try and recycle packing materials where we can.

Overseas items are sent via an international express and tracked service.

Returns

Faulty items are rare due to the nature of the products, however, should you receive a faulty item you may return it for replacement or refund.

This does not cover items that have incurred damage through misuse.

Customers may also return, at their own cost, items within 14 days from purchase, providing the item is unused and in as-new-condition.
